Foundational Principles

 

The Board of Directors has established the following foundational principles as a basis for all activities of Wyoming Family Alliance and Foundation. These principles will serve as a guide for all employees and volunteers.

  1. Wyoming Family Alliance is a Christian ministry.

  2. We represent Jesus Christ in all we do and as such we conduct our business in a way honoring to Christ and consistent with Scripture. (2 Corinthians 5:20, 6:3)

  3. We are here to serve, not to be served. (Matthew 20:20-28)

  4. Christ will measure our success. (Proverbs 16:2-4)

  5. Any glory belongs to Christ. (Psalm 34:1-7)

  6. We will be completely truthful in everything we do. (Psalm 15:1-3)

  7. Our advocacy efforts will be characterized by civil persuasion not belligerent confrontation. (Proverbs 15:1-2)

  8. We will take great care as we appropriate the resources God gives us to do it as good stewards under His direction. (Luke 16:10)

We will not compromise these principles or our integrity regardless of the circumstances or perceived benefits. (Ephesians 6:10).
